This year, it's the year of the Earth Ox. Ox is a star under Xuan Wu (tortoise). If you're familiar with the manga/anime Fushigi Yuugi, then the word "Genbu" might've sounded familiar, ne? And the one who was born under the star of Ox was Inami. I love it when manga/anime are actually based on actual mythology. I brought it up so it would stimulate your curiosity and you also might've read the manga too. X3

Anyway, here's something about Oxes that I've copy and pasted from here:

Ooh! I saw a Prince of Tennis TV Drama just recently. According to DramaWiki, it aired late July last year. I just found that out now, though.

Prince of Tennis is one of my favorite manga/anime (even though I prefer the anime, over the manga). The protagonist of the story, Echizen Ryoma (or in this case, Long Ma), has a little bit of a character like he often compares things in America, where he grew up, etc. But I guess this same thought applies to most people too, like my dad who always go, "In Hongkong... we do this and that..." and "In Taiwan, it's like this and that..." as well as my old Korean bosses who goes "In Korea...." all day long. Anyway, The storyline of it revolves around this said tennis prodigy and how he develops personality-wise and skill-wise through out. I kinda like storylines like this, despite it's being a sporty type and all (I kinda don't like sporty things, soo... ^^;).

I've seen the first couple of episodes. It isn't pretty much exactly like the manga or the anime, like, where did Arai go? And why was it Kaido he met at first? Also, was Oishi that hot? LOL! Still, I'm actually expecting a lot from this series.

I still remember, but vaguely, those times when I first read this manga. I think I was about 8 or 9 years old then. I was so madly in love with Haruka from then on. I started collecting everything I see with Haruka's face from collectible cards, films, notebooks, stickers, ballpens, pencils, rings, necklace, and even paper dolls.

Ah! Let me introduce you...

This is Haruka Tenou, of whom I was obsessed to. Yes, he's a girl - a butch, to be exact. (He's so handsome and cool and hot~ Nyaa~~ X3) I was head over heels, madly in-love with her. No, make that obsessed with her that no other bishonen could come over. Yes, not even Count D (Petshop of Horrors), Kurama Youko (from Yuyu Hakusho) nor Nakago (Fushigi Yuugi). Shiva (from Tokyo Crazy Paradise) doesn't count, since he's a minor character. And also, Sakuya doesn't count also, since I was too young to read smut manga then. *nyaaa* Anyway, I stopped fangirling over her when I learned of X Japan and how incredibly hot Yoshiki is playing drums (too bad, they disbanded that same year) and later on, got way to obsessed with Gackt and Mana at Malice Mizer. I still fangirl over her from time to time, but not as much as I used to. And there are countless of smexy bishonen (doing fan service too) these days that I couldn't help drooling over it.
