You’ve probably heard of the infamous Harajuku Fahion Walk — a parade through the streets by all kinds of people who’re into Japanese street fashion that’s really popular especially along Harajuku, Japan. Harajuku Fashion Walk comes in all types and sorts of street fashion from the cute lolita, the colorful decora, down to the cool goth, punk and visual kei fashions. And now, we finally have our very own Harajuku Fahion Walk Manila!

The Harajuku Fashion Walk Manila this year will be on April 20, 2013, within the Visual Music Carnival that”l be held at the Coral Way Parking, SM Mall of Asia. The walk will start at 4:00 PM but interested participants are advised to arrive at least an hour early for a few chatters before the event.

Tickets to Visual Music Carnival are at PHP 200.00 per head, and the carnival opens at 12:00 NN.

If you’re going to join the fashion walk, might as well arrive early and go around and see the carnival first since you’ll be needing the ticket to enter, anway. I’ll be fun! :D

Been a while since my last post regarding the Elysian Dark Fest. Somehow, the fourth one skipped my mind. I do have the post on draft somewhere but I failed to post it in time, and a week had already passed when I remembered it.

The time pass by so fast since the first Elyian Dark Fest that I attended. Everything is still fresh in my memories. Seeing goth people fill a club always feels comfortable like you belong there. Now, it’s already the fifth installment of Elysian Dark Fest, as well as its first anniversary!

Elysian Dark Fest [Quinque] will be held on 19th of April, 2013 at Club Z at Barbaric Bar (formerly Red Capz).

Club Z is located at: 8122 Sucat Road. San Dionisio, Parañaque City. (in-front of Total Gas Station – Near Olivarez College). There’s also a guide map provided at the EDF website.

Last Friday, I got a surprise package from Lipton Philippines and Movent (ex-Netbooster Asia)!

I was very thrilled that I got new box of Yellow Label Tea with tons of add-ons like flavored syrups. I even got a Lipton branded mug, a lunch box, a pink notebook with glitters on its cover and a recipe booklet. I’ve always loved getting those recipe booklets because I love trying different tea flavors with the Lipton Yellow Label tea. The Yellow Label tea is the best for mix and matching different flavors with, because it doesn’t have that strong taste unlike other teas I have. The best one I’ve tried from the recipe booklet was that Vanilla Milk tea mix. And the worst was probably that one time where I tried Larry’s tea recipe with Yakult, and I messed it up by pouring too much Yakult on it and it tasted shit. XD

Oh, btw. I visited Lipton’s Philippines’ Facebook page earlier and they have this new Facebook app called Lipton CusTEAmizer. It’s a tool you can use to customize your Facebook Cover photo with pretty backgrounds and such. There’s also a contest going on involving making a cover photo for a chance to win different prices, you might wanna try.

What is BLush Con? BLush Convention is like the resurrection of Lights Out, a convention for BL and yaoi fans!

BLush Convention is a not-for-profit event organized for fans. BLush is a new concept envisioned by four members of the former Lights Out — bringing you a new and different spin on the genre we all know and love.

People of the dark streets arise! Elysian Dark Fest [Duo] is coming!

For those who didn’t know, Elysian Square Dark Fest is a quarterly held dark music festival. I’ve been to the first one, and here’s my spooky tales of that happened that night, for those interested.

On to this quarter’s dark fest, the line ups are:

Yeah, I’m doing one for the love of the goth scene! Not exactly a detailed one though.

So, last Saturday evening, we went to the very first Elysian Square Dark Fest. I went with Jepoy, Glen and Ivy, though none of them are particularly into the goth scene as much as I do. I didn’t get to mingle around and disturbing people much because I was tired from an entire day of photo shoot that we did that day, on which, I shall post about in a later day.

Elysian Square Dark Fest will be a quarterly held dark music festival. I’ll be an event that caters both local and international bands.

I’ve known this event for a while. I’m just too lazy to blog about it. Anyway, bands in the first lineup are good. Oremuz, Sanctus and Anhura are great, to name a few of my favorites. This will be the second time I’ll be hearing Rough Housen play since EDW 6. I couldn’t always attend EDW due to the fact that it’s held during Hallow’s Eve and I could only skip a few times from visiting our family’s graves. Elysian Square Dark Fest will give me more chance to attend dark gatherings, listen to more alluring dark music and hangout with old friends.
