What is a PermaPlug?
PermaPlugs or Permanent Plugs are some sort of a link exchange. Your banner will stay up the PermaPlug section as long as your linking back to Silent Plug.
Requirements
- You must put up a receiprocal link somewhere.
- When you change your site's URL, please e-mail me.
- Your site -
- Must be a personally owned site. No shops, business and company sites please.
- Must not be a social networking profile. E.g. Myspace, Multiply, Friendster, Facebook, Bebo, etc.
- Must be decent to look at in terms of layout and coding-wise. I'm not requiring beautiful site, but knowing proper HTML is something.
- No advertising pop-ups.
- Falure to comply with the conditions above, will result to our link being removed.
